Trinity Methodist Church Update - February 2010

Just before Christmas 2008, Trinity was the victim of an arson attack which destroyed our sanctuary and its entire contents.  Since then Sunday worship has been conducted in the hall with no hymn books or service books. The fire has affected huge numbers of our community, not only Trinity’s members,  who appreciate and use Trinity’s sanctuary. In order to cover the full cost of refurbishment and some improvements we need to raise the balance of funds, which the insurance will not cover, in the region of £95,000. This church is straight after work, on a week night, and will not interfere with the weekend, nor is it held too often to be an imposition on your time.
